![]() ![]() In Excel, select Data tab>Get External Data>From Text. It has only happened to me when the user doesn't have the sufficient level of Excel to open the file. Next go to Data â Get External Data â From text Import the CSV file from your computer Check Delimited and, at File Origin, select 65001:Unicode (UTF-8) from the dropdown list. The data available in CSV format is using for several years. Otherwise you can always use "Save Page As" in the right-click context menu to save the file. What is Excel 2002? Is that an actual product, or did you mean 2007? Office files like that will default to the browser whenever the user doesn't have the proper version of Office to open the file.Â.
